About Us
A.G. Sangosanya & Co was incorporated on the 17th of August, 1993 carrying on the business of Real Estate Services for its diverse clientele throughout the federation servicing clients like The Federal Government of Nigeria, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Union Homes Plc, Onward Paper Mills amongst others.
The Managing Partner of the company is Mr. Ayodele Gbadebo Sangosanya whose experience in Estate business has considerably given him the opportunity to head some vital positions both in financial and Non- Financial Institutions including: President of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (1988-1990), Acting General Manager, Property Division of U.A.C, Head of Property Division of UBA Plc, Alternate Director UBA Plc between 1988 and 1993. He was also the Head, Project Management team responsible for the supervision of the construction of UBA House, Marina. He was Chairman, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (2010- 2013).
